Brain Rewiring

What is Brain Reprogramming?

Brain Reprogramming is also called Neuroplasticity. Neuroplasticity is a massively important scientific idea that is rapidly being discovered and understood by people everywhere. It is also known as Brain Plasticity or Brain Elasticity. It refers to the ability of our brains to reorganize themselves by making new neural connections and disconnections throughout life. Neuroplasticity is the science upon which our work in Brain Reprogramming or “Rewiring” is based.

Surprisingly, we have known of Neuroplasticity for decades, yet only in the last forty years or so have we reconsidered that our brains are not “fixed”, that they are in fact elastic, malleable, and that we can shape our every thought, action and feeling to create the life we yearn for. This notion contrasted with the previous scientific consensus that the brain develops during a critical period in early childhood, then remains relatively unchangeable and stuck thereafter.

Every moment of our lives, our brain’s neurons are constantly making new connections, strengthening old connections or weakening existing connections. The pattern of firing of our neurons gives us our experience of the world. It can also unfortunately run unhelpful behaviour patterns for many years on ‘automatic’, something we have all experienced with difficult, hard to break, bad habits.

Is that possible to REWIRE your brain?

We can change the settings of any software/device if it does not work properly likewise we can do with the human brain. If our computer gets any kind of malware or virus in it, the whole system gets corrupted. The same thing happens with our software called BRAIN which gets disturbed with the virus of FEARS/INSECURITIES/NEGATIVE thoughts and beliefs etc. When this virus gets activated in the human brain it disturbs the balance between mind, body, and soul. Brain Reprogramming will help you to change the settings of the brain to attract positive results in life.

The brain loves to solve problems and achieve goals. Once a difficult problem has been solved, the brain releases highly pleasurable endorphins, which encourages the brain to repeat the behaviour, strengthen the new connections and weaken the less useful old ones until they disconnect altogether from lack of use.

The birth of new Neurons can reshape and rewire the brain. One of the key aspects of neural plasticity is called Neural Darwinism, or “neural pruning,” which means that any neuron that isn’t ‘fired-and-wired’ together into a network is likely to be extinguished.

Donald Hebb’s landmark discovery in 1949, “neurons that fire together wire together,” best explains the process of wiring and strengthening brain pathways.

Dr. Michael Merzenich, explains about brain reprogramming in his book, “Soft-Wired: How the New Science of Brain Plasticity Can Change Your Life,”

“Whatever the circumstances of a child’s early life, and whatever the history and current state of that child, every human has the built-in power to improve, to change for the better, to significantly restore and often to recover. Tomorrow, that person you see in the mirror can be a stronger, more capable, livelier, more powerfully centered, and still-growing person.”

Conscious Mind Vs Subconscious Mind

Whether you are awake or asleep, your subconscious mind is recording and storing everything. ‘When you fall asleep, it is your conscious mind that is sleeping. However, your subconscious mind will never fall asleep. It works 24 hours a day even when you sleep. Your subconscious mind is controlling your body, your breathing, your organs functionality, your cell’s growth and everything. This is why when you sleep, your subconscious mind is still wide awake. And that simply means that it is your unconscious mind that is solely responsible for your dreams.

This is the point where your subconscious mind connects with your mental images that produce what we call dreams. And because our subconscious mind thinks in the form of symbols, metaphors, and visual forms, our dreams tend to be projected in that way too. This is why most dreams are indirect and difficult to understand, but they are often connected to our experiences and the events in our daily life. Conscious and subconscious mind are separate but they can work and collaborate together.

Reprogramming the subconscious mind is a long process because remember, the conscious and the subconscious mind is a separate entity. You complete the first part when you realize what you do wrong and change, second part is to repeat it. New awareness or understanding won’t automatically change the programs in your subconscious mind. You have to repeat the new behavior all the time as an exercise, and then it will ultimately work.

Your subconscious mind does not think or reason independently. It obeys the commands it receives from your conscious mind. Your subconscious mind mostly listens to the big guy, your conscious mind. Your conscious mind plants the seeds and your subconscious mind lets them germinate and grow freely. The next time when you attempt to speak badly of yourself, remember this.

Power Of Subconscious Mind

Your subconscious mind is subjective. It does not think or reason independently; it merely obeys the commands it receives from your conscious mind. Just as your conscious mind can be thought of as the gardener, planting seeds, your subconscious mind can be thought of as the garden, or fertile soil, in which the seeds germinate and grow. This is another reason why harnessing the power of positive thinking is important to the foundation of your entire thought process.

Your conscious mind commands and your subconscious mind obeys. Your subconscious mind is an unquestioning servant that works day and night to make your behavior fits a pattern consistent with your emotionalized thoughts, hopes, and desires. Your subconscious mind grows either flowers or weeds in the garden of your life, whichever you plant by the mental equivalents you create.

How Brain Reprogramming Program Would Work?

In general conditions, it takes 90 days to change a habit. It also depends on the circumstances of the person for example if person has a traumatic energies in the consciousness such as any abuse or trauma happened in childhood, adult age then it would take time (6-12 months) to change the reprogramming of the brain. We all have negative experiences stored in the mind as a memories that needs to be cleared.

In Brain Reprogramming program, you will be guided through some Scientifically proven techniques to rewire the brain.
