Energy Medicine is based upon the pseudo-scientific premise that the human body encompasses an energetic “life force” and energy centres (chakras) that keep the body’s cells healthy, functioning and alive.
Energy healing is a holistic practice where healers channel universal life force (or healing energy) into a patient to help balance, heal and remove blockages from the body. Flow, balance, harmony and vitality within the body can be restored and maintained during a treatment. Energy Medicine includes a variety of holistic healing modalities like: Reiki Energy Healing, Light Therapy, Acupuncture, Reflexology, EFT Tapping, and more.

Energy medicine aims to help the flow of energy and remove blocks in a similar way to acupuncture or acupressure. Reiki practitioners believe that improving the flow of energy around the body can enable relaxation, relieve pain, speed healing, and reduce other symptoms of illness

EET helps to heal the trauma, stress, depression and many more situations. EFT facilitates a range of self-reflective and skill-building tools that helps each client identify the roots of their particular difficulties, break through these ingrained emotions, and then live fully in the present moment.
How Does Reiki Work?
Reiki is a spiritual practice like meditation. Reiki is taught according to the Japanese tradition who passes the knowledge to the student through attunement, an initiation ceremony that is thought to open the student’s energy channels to facilitate the flow of healing energy, once open, these channels remain open to flow the energy when energy is invoked.

How EFT Works?
As the name suggests EFT is the healing of emotions. When we go through some negative situations in life, all these emotions are stored in our soul and we hold these emotions for long or maybe sometimes forever. The emotions which are stuck in the subtle body start manifest as a dis-ease if not healed. There are numerous unhealed emotions in our soul without our knowing. When we consciously tap on the energy points we release these emotions with the help of tapping and setup phrase.
